  The Spring farm tour is a great opportunity to go behind the scenes and learn about the science and workings in mushrooms cultivation, get all curious fungi questions answered, and marvel at rows and rows of mushrooms block. It’s also a great occasion to taste a variety of fresh mushrooms, shiitakes, maitake, lion’s mane, king oyster, just to name a few. Moreover if you’re an avid gardener, great time to pack up on the blocks for composts. Don’t forget to stock up on more mushrooms and be inspired to try out some new recipes with delicious and nutritious mushrooms.
